When Should You Consider Upgrading?  

• If the external signal in your area is very weak
• If you have a building with thick walls or penetration issues
• When you are using a dual band signal booster with 3G

NOTE* For all dual bands sometimes it is better to upgrade to an external omni and internal panel as the omni directional can pull a signal in from 360 degrees. This is especially useful if the corresponding towers that you are seeking to gain signals from are too far apart for a directional antenna.

Another option is to split the external antenna port into two and run two directional antennas each pointing to their respective tower.

In most cases the towers are less than 60 degrees apart so you can use our standard coinfiguration.
