Return Instructions

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from receipt of an item.

Returns Authorisation

Before returning any item please follow the steps below:

1. First email us at  msbclientservice@gmail.com  and request an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization)

1a. When requesting an RMA please include your Name, Order Number, Model Number and reason for return.

2. We will send you a form, Fill in all the information (Order Number, Item Code, Quantity, Return Code & Action Required) Email us back the completed form.

2a. Once we receive this information we will email you with detailed instructions on how to return your product.

3. Packing the Item, Wrap the item securely and both and include the Merchandise Return Form.

4. Use a trackable courier such as DHL, FEDEX etc.  Then email us the tracking number as soon as you have returned the item.
  • We will not return shipping costs
  • Returned items are subject to a £6 restocking and admin fee
  • We will refund within 10 working days of receipt of the return.
