Return Policy

We are sure you will be pleased with your purchases from us however, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. Products have a 30 day return period unless otherwise specified. Only repeaters and repeater kits can be returned accessories bought separately are specified as non-returnable and cannot be returned. 

Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. 

Items Damaged in Transit:
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period:
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 30-calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. Repairs after 30 days of receipt are referred directly to and you will need to send the item back to the manufacturer.

Need to return an item?
Before you return an item you must request an RMA number,you can request a return by emailing us at msbservice@gmail.com or through our contact form.
Items returned in used or damaged condition
Damaged or used equipment returned even with an RMA will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unless the item has been reported as damaged in transit within 48 hours of receipt

Shipping charges are not refundable and all returns are subject to a £4 re-stocking fee. Your order will be refunded within five working days upon receipt of the product in its original packaging. 
Please note that postage costs for the original order are not refundable.
