All returns must in their original condition and be delivered to our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for shipping charges of the return delivery. All returns are subject to a re-stocking and packaging fee of £19

Your order will be refunded upon receiving the product in its original condition and packaging. Please note that postage costs for the original order are not refundable and the return postage must be paid by you.

In order to return your product you must first contact Mobile Signal Booster Customer Service and request a return code. Any returns received without a return code or with damaged equipment will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Orders for pre-cut lengths of cable are non-refundable.
